In France, doctors reluctant to share data because they seems to think it belongs to them. very

similar in U.S. - if they operate in a legal environment, they have to be reluctant


Patient has no influence


Part of the idea of having electronic records is that diagnosis and treatment of condition can be

known over time among several specialists
