No information available about the topics and efforts of IDCommons working groups and the effort is so huge that its hard to find the pieces useful for newcomers - perhaps also for people immersed in one topic to learn about other IC Commons areas of endeavor. There is a need for a good set of information and pointers to information for people who want info but don't really know where to start.

Also, there may be ways to improve the experience of people new to IIW and to build support for people entering the Indentity Commons.

We are forming a working group to discover and implement solutions for gaps like these. The growth and change of the Identity Commons creates new needs.

We will be the "Newbies-4-Newbies" working group and our efforts will be to establish and maintain a starting points information resource and to build a "Welcome Wagon" sort of effort.
